Base commit BP using CBS and Funding

Hello everyone.

Does anybody have any experience or can offer a solution to distribute any line items amount simultaneously on CBS and Funding sources. In Unifier 19.12 we can only add generic cost-type BP for "Line Items with both CBS and Fund Codes" (below picture). Actually, we need some BPs same as Budget-Items, Contract, and Payment Application which support Funding distribution.

this type of BPs can provide a solution to record require information but I don't know how to create a cash flow using this type of Cost BP.
