Not able to access Hyperion financial reporting studio

in Hyperion Financial Reporting Products (MOSC) 29 commentsAnswered

I have hyperion planning plus license were i have installed and configured hyperion financial reporting but i am not able to launch financial reporting studio report designer ,i also started services related to financial reporting

we are using on premise planning application installed on Linux, the below products are already installed and configured and also able to access essbase and planning application,

Hyperion Foundation Services

Hyperion Planning

Hyperion Financial Reporting

Essbase (database used by Planning)

Calculation Manager (Business rules for Planning)

Oracle Http server (Web server)


please let me know is there any additional steps need to be completed or any other services need to start to launch reporting studio designer.
