DBT-20050 Database Upgrade is not supported from Oracle Home with Oracle Home User

Hi Everyone,

I am Getting the DBT-20050 Error while upgrading the Database from 12.1.0.2 to 12.2.0.1. (Screenshot Attached)

12.1.0.2 was installed with Profile A using Windows Built-In Account Option During the Database install (Full)

12.2.0.1 was installed with Profile B using Windows Built-In Account option during the Database install (Software only)

both on the same server.

Profile B was added on the user groups (run -lusrmgr-groups ) and database was bounced.

ORA_OraDB12HOME1_SYSBACKUP

ORA_OraDB12HOME1_SYSDG

ORA_OraDB12HOME1_SYSKM

ORA_INSTALL


Can anyone please advise are the other alternatives. to make this DBUA recognize the Profile B.
