How can i install EM on an existing 19c database?

Hello!

I created a database manually using scripts and importing data into my new 19c server environment (Oracle Linux 7) and i am interested in possibly installing Enterprise Manager to use. We have never used it before but i have had training on it and would like to at least install it on our san box to try and test it out. However, i cannot figure out how to install it. I know the dbca allows you to install it, but again, i did not use the DBCA to create my databases. I have set the port
