Can R04572F3 produce an output bank file with SIRET number( Pos 159 - 172) as 14 "0"s??

Hi,

Just wanted to know, incase R04572F3.Tab "Tape Header" PO#1 Sender's SIRET = 0 and F0101.TX2 is blank then how can SIRET number be given as "00000000000000". I have that scenario in my data set which let me to wonder how is it possible?. Currently I am not able to replicate this scenario when R04572F3 is executed.

Any hint would help.!!
