REPORT FFCRA WAGES ON FORM W-2 (20-E)/Patch # 32253622

Hi Community,

Based on our testing and Oracle’s documentation, it appears that the amount of FFCRA reported on the W-2 in box 14 is the prorated amount ( the FFCRA earnings paid minus prorated before tax deductions).

 We are not certain if this is correct.

 We couldn’t see anything in the IRS info that addresses pro-ration. We’re thinking that the amount that should be reported in Box 14 is the amount of the related earnings, not earnings less prorated pre-tax deductions.

 Has anyone run into this?
