R47011 is not picking F4714/F4715 data and creating attachments in F00165

Hi ,

When we ran the standard R47011 the media object attachments are not being created in F00165 for an order. Though we have ensured all mandatory fields in F4714 and F4715.



the above screen shot of log says the fetch/update is failing. can someone please throw some light on this?

Customer is on 9.2.4 tool set.
