Generate error on WO Routing Operation Step when the associated test on the previous step has failed

Hello,

I searched the documentation but could not find a solution for the following example scenario:

WO Routing has five Operation Steps. The third step is welding operation and there is a test associated with it. The test results (P3711) are entered via Row exit from Hours and Quantities Entry (P311221). If the test result is negative (Fail) the expectation is that the system will generate error (or at least a warning) on an attempt to enter Hours and Quantities for the next Operation Step in sequence.

Is there a configuration/setup that supports such scenario?

Product is JDE 9.1.5
