Can Search Key Source Tables and Search Keys be Added for Activity Guide Template Assignment?

Good afternoon,

Trying to assign an Onboarding Activity Guide to employees hired or rehired into a position where the "Available for Telework" checkbox is checked. Added POSITION_DATA as a Key Source Table. Created a new Search Key called "TELEWORK" using POSITION_DATA as the Source Table and AVAIL_TELEWORK_POS as the Source Field. Created a Template Assignment where Action = HIR and Position Eligible for Telework = Y. Hired a new employee, but new employee did not populate a row on Manage OnBoarding Event. Newly hired employees do populate a row on Manage OnBoarding Event if Search Key = AVAIL_TELEWORK_POS = Y is removed.
