BLOB download link using REST enabled SQL - Apex interactive report

Hi,

We are trying to create a blob download link for a blob column of a remote table using REST enabled SQL. When we chose the column in Apex and try to provide the table name attribute, none of the remote tables appear in the drop down list. Even typing in the table names manually is not working(saw a bug for db links for older versions of apex). Is there an additional setup need for blob download to work when using REST Enabled SQL?
