Recalculate burden (fringe) encumbrances after Burden schedule rate change

in Projects - EBS (MOSC)

Can anyone share the processes to run to have the fringe encumbrances update after a rate change is made? The change is being tested outside of production with the new rate having a start date in April 2021. What do we need to run to get the existing fringe encumbrances to recalculate with the new rate? We are normally in a position of changing the rate after the fact, not proactively.
