Off cycle calendar setup - FLSA

While setting up Off cycle Pay calendars for year end, there is an option to entry FLSA On cycle pay end date check box. If we are enter 12/24 as PED for off cycle then the following on cycle entry 12/26 should be setup for the on cycle pay end date field, is that correct?
