The field Tester is locked when entering test results in P3711

Hello,

The Item Help instruction suggests that by leaving Default Tester field blank in the Processing Options of P3711 will allow (require) manual entry of Tester information (Address Book Number) at the time of test entry. However, when entering test results, this field is locked. Even when the Default Tester is set with a value, it is not carried over to the Test Entry form.

Please, explain why is it so and how to unlock it.
