Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I was a TAX rule to be applicable for only 20-25 states . How do I include the list of 20 states in the condition set?

Using EQUAL to or NOT EQUAL To does not seem to be the bet option.
