Unable to start Apache Web Server Listener (PLSQL) while cloning

Hello Oracle Community, 

 I have faced following error while cloning ebs 11.5.10.2 from AIX 5.3 to AIX 7.1

12/30/20-06:36:59 :: Apache Web Server Listener is not running.


12/30/20-06:36:59 :: Starting Apache Web Server Listener (dedicated HTTP) ...

/p01/oracle/prodora/iAS/Apache/Apache/bin/apachectl start: httpd started


12/30/20-06:37:00 :: Apache Web Server Listener (PLSQL) is not running.

Syntax error on line 17 of /p01/oracle/prodora/iAS/Apache/modplsql/cfg/plsql_pls.conf:
