R770601- Federal/Provincial Tax Update - Not Updating Correctly

I was wondering if anyone is having issues with records not updating when running the R770601 report.

We ran the report to updated the 2021 tax credits and some employee's records were updated while others were not (even though they also had just the basic tax credit which should have updated to the new credit amount). It seems very random.

Anyone else having this issue?
