After latest TXK patch, autoconfig fails for txkManageDBConnectionPool.pl and txkUpdateEBSDomain.pl

Hi,

We are upgrading to 12.2.10. As per the Note:2666934.1 for 12.2.10, we are applying latest AD,TXK patches (Note:1617461.1). All patches are applied without any error but the next step to run Autoconfig on Apps Tier is failing for following two tasks
