Removing a State/Local record from the Year End W2

We have a couple of employees that had Tax history records for State Withholding. For these employees the state withholding should not be shown on the W2. We have deleted the Summary Tax records for the state withholding, however the Employee's W2 is still showing the state record with no amount.

What else needs to be completed to remove the record from showing on the Employee's W2

We are on JDE 9.2
