How the seeded Fixed Fee Revenue Extension works for a Contract Project?

I have attached the Fixed Fee Revenue seeded billing extension to Project

I have setup the Fees Rate schedule by By Expenditure Type and specified the 15% for Expenditure Type Labor Exp and assigned automatic Fee Event Type : AWARD_BILLING

I have assigned Fee Rate schedule in Billing setup by enabling Cost Plus Fixed fees option

I am using Distribution Rule : Work/Event ,

please guide step by step how the automatic draft revenue for fees will get generated
