VNCR on RAC database

Hi,

We have enabled VNCR for RAC 12.2 database as per note id 1914282.1. All steps are performed but when we restart listener using srvctl changes are overwritten in listener.ora file. Line will be overwritten by comment ---line added by agent.

Does anyone has encountered similar issue in their environment ?
