ACAD_CAREER doesn't process in FA budget formulas

We have FA updates installed from the revised PUM 19. When we run budget formulas with ACAD_CAREER as criteria they process with 0. When we remove ACAD_CAREER, then the budgets return a value greater than 0. Wondering if there are still issues with the dynamic SQL generation in FAPBUDPF.CBL experienced in PUM 14, 16, and 17?
