Alternative to EM Express for managing 12.2 database

I am stuck on Oracle database 12.2 for a few more weeks before I will be able to upgrade to 19c. This is on Red Hat -- RHEL 7.

Since Adobe will stop Flash from working in browsers this January 12, I will no longer be able to use EM Express in my 12.2 databases to troubleshoot performance problems. Does anyone know of an alternative strategy?
