Budgetary Controls - My Project Budget is rejected status after I ran Workflow Background Process

Hi,

I am implementing non integrated budgetary controls for my customer. Accordingly I did the setups. I entered the budgets and submitted and baselines and statues gets chagned to 'Inprogress'. I ran the workflow background process. Now the budget status changed to 'Rejected'.

Can anyone help me on this.
