MFP VM 19.0.003 stop working as it Failed to pull image oracle/database:19.3.0.0-ee.preconfig

Hello

My MFP VM 19.0.003 was working perfectly fine and then I need to rebuild VM due to certain work. Now its not coming up. After step "login" by Oracle/ user, it used to automatically ran the application and can be accessed thru explorer. But now, its going direct to VM desktop and not running up terminal session of RPAS. I did check that after login to Oracle, it ran start.sh and I did it manually from terminal. Got the information that it is not able to pull database image. Logs attached here. The only thing I can guess from last
