What roles do I need in order to run Customer Import (or Simplified Customer Upload)?

Hi,

I need to run both the full (19-file) and simplified (4-file) versions of the Customer Import, but don't have the correct roles. I found a reference on MOS to to a document 2163448.1 but when I clicked on the link it told me the link was invalid, (or possibly I do not have the privelege to see this document).

Please can anyone advise on all roles required in order to run Customer Import? We are running 20D.
