Publish Enterprise data jobs is failing in P6 18.8.19

Hello All,

Publish Enterprise Data job failed with a unique constraint error. On analyzing the weblogic server logs, we found that the job is running two times in one scheduled run. The second run of the Publish Enterprise Data job (the one that we do not know how it is being triggered) is successful but we identified that it is bypassing the Insert(s) records from WBSMEMO that are causing the unique constraint violation in the first run. So, these records are not making it to the WBSMEMOX table. We are unsure if it is causing missing data from any of the other
