Getting the error - cannot get valid name for - get_customer_details in sales order form

Hi Team,


Kindly please help me to get fix on below issue.

getting the error - cannot get valid name for - get_customer_details while creating the sales order manually with customer number. once enter the customer number and tab out then getting this note in form.

we created the new operating unit and done setups but after that we are getting this error in SO form.

Note: Copy order and quote to order import is creating with out any error.
