New Features included with OEM 13.5

Hi All

According to the following Oracle Support document, OEM 13.3 will not have premier support once 13.5 is released this month:

I am currently in the process of putting together a business case for the upgrade to 13.5 - there are a lot documents on Oracle Support of what modules have been retired - I can't seem to find a document of the new features included with 13.5.

Can someone please point me to a document/link that would provide these details so that I can create an upgrade business case?
