Require assistance for ideas on how to best track inventory:

We currently have a requirement to segregate material received for a specific vendor that must only be used for WIP's related to that vendor and must only be placed in locators designated for this vendor.

The conundrum we are facing is that the parts must be also available to be used in other vendors.

For example:

• we have "vendor A" that has this requirement.
• part "10501010" could be used by any vendor (and is used by vendor "A")
• When we receive "10501010" in from vendor "A" it needs to be segregated into stock locators specifically created for vendor "A" and we aren't allowed to move it to other "public" stock locators. This part must also only be used for WIP's related to "vendor A"
