Oracle 19C Upgrade and Patch policy

We are using Oracle DB from some time. The version used was always supported for quite some time and we had patches on all versions till it gets supported.

Recently, there has been some changes in this. I am not receiving patches for the version I use. I have few questions regarding this.

  1. What is the release schedule of Oracle DB? When does Oracle 19.9, 19.10, 19.11 release and so on..
  2. How long does a minor release be supported from the release date? For example, we don’t see security updates provided for Oracle 19.3 in October and December 2020 updates, similarly when does Oracle 19.6 stops receiving updates?
