Is there a way to consolidate shipments from different sales orders with Single Order Consolidation?

We are looking to selectively be able to consolidate shipments from different sales orders (meeting consolidation criteria, same ship to location, same shipment depot, same delivery date, etc.), while keeping 'Single Order Consolidation' for the specific shipment depot, in the Transportation Constants. Is there a way to do this via setup or manually? Thank you.
