Unclosed job calculating wrong WIP Completion unit cost

Hi All,

After closing a discrete job with variance, then unclosing jobs and while doing WIP completion transactions, system calculating wrong unit cost.. is Job close variance have an impact on wip assembly completion unit cost on a unclosed job ..or it is not permittable to do WIP completion transaction on unclosed job which had variance... please advise...
