P4312 - Issue with PO receiving due to Year end

Hi,

We have cloned P4312 to do receiving in a batch mode without checking the quantities, This is working fine since last so many years but this time when year end occurred it's not working and moving the status of lines directly to 999 cancel instead of receiving.There is no cardex updated while receiving PO but PO lines move to 999. This is replicated to be an issue due to Year end (works fine if you back date the system to year 2020)

Please suggest if P4312 or movement and disposition program in JDE has any dependency on system year/date which could result it in moving all PO lines in cancel 999 status.
