Previously supported team missed to apply Q3 , Q4 2020 Patches and do i need to apply those missed

Previously supported team missed to apply Q3 & Q4 oracle patches in 2020 and do I need to apply missed patches along with coming patches 2021 Q1 CPU released patches. Or can I skip them by applying 2021 Q1Patches.


Will it suffice and include missed patches with the latest released patches ?
