How to fetch SSO and Email of a user when user clicks on a hyper link on unifier form?

I need some guidance for sending emailID of the user or SSO details of the user who clicks on a hyperlink on a form in unifier. And earlier this functionality used to work for me through cookies but now it does not work.


All I want is- EMAIL should be sent to the user who clicked on the link.


Can you guide me through?
