Issue with Warehouse Pick Suggestions

Hi all,

How do we identify the error: **3499 in the warehouse Pick suggestions? Is there any document, community discussion related to this error. The suggested location has quantity but still we are getting this error. I am a bit new to Warehouse management, any guidance would be appreciated.
