EBS OM Defaulting rules

Oracle ver. 12.1.3

Currently the Ship_To, Release date, Ship date are auto-populated when an order is created based on standard defaulting rules.

If the ship to is amended at a later stage (after the order is booked) all order dates on the order line (Release date, Ship date & Promise date) are defaulted back to the sysdate as per our defaulting rules.

Is there a way I can stop the defaulting rules from changing the dates at a certain stage in the order process? I’ve tried using the only at the ‘negotiation stage’ but that makes no difference.

I only want the defaulting rules to apply during the orders 'Entered' status.
