What is creating PLSExtProc_agt_*.trc log files in $ORACLE_HOME/hs/log

I'm getting loads of PLSExtProc_agt_.trc files in $ORACLE_HOME/hs/log (e.g below) but unlike other msgs seen it does not identify any particular database that it is associated with nor does it have any extra information.to help identify the cause. There are no reported issues with any application process running.
