Can I uninstall a JDE Deployment Server and Enterprise/Database Server?

I'm doing an upgrade from 9.1 to 9.2 . I am doing a new install of 9.2 as part of my process. I missed a very important step and I need to start over. Since I have so many other things up and running (Server Manager, Weblogic, SQL installed, Visual Studio Installed) that it would be great if I could just uninstall JDE and rinstall fresh. Do I need to uninstall E1Local? Can I do this? Are there any white papers to follow to uninstall JDE?
