A/R Statements aren't generating Letter text on output

Hi all,

I'm generating statements using the statement notification refresh - R03B500X and I have set up a letter using the P03B2801. I create the letter and letter type, attach the media object text with the content I want. I then identify this letter and letter type on the R03B500X and it won't output the content. I've reviewed constants and can't determine why this isn't working. Any ideas?
