Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Application data conversion between SCN_TO_TIMESTAMP and TIMESTAMP_TO_SCN shows different time stamp

We are able to see there is errors in smon trace file with following.

ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL Level 1

ORA-02475: Maximum cluster chain block count of 65534 has been exceeded
