How to pass database to orachk auto run?

grid - 19.0, OS oracle linux 7, db 11 - 19, ahf 20.4

I have single instance databases running on cluster ware. ORACHK does not find them, since they are not registered. Is there a way to pass in (config file) the database names and homes? I've tried -dbconfig, -dbnames, but it still errors out and does not create a report.
