Setting Up a Physical Standby CDB on the Same 2-Node RAC as the Primary

My apologies if this is not the correct Forum for this question. It's just that there are so many pieces to this scenario that I'm not sure where to ask it.

I have a 12.2.0.1 2-node RAC (w/ ASM) CDB and I need to create a physical standby for it. Unfortunately, due to time and resources, I don't have another server/cluster to place the standby. So, I need it to reside on the same cluster as the primary. My questions are:

1.) Is this configuration even possible?

2.) Does the process change for setting up the standby when it involves a CDB?
