In JDE E19.2 the EIN # is blank under the Payer info on the Write 1099 Media file ??

The transmitter information has our EIN # but the Payer information doesn't, therefore, the 1099's don't have it either.. Where does the payer info come from? I checked the address book records for our company # and it has a EIN #. Thanks
