Transition to Lease Accounting standard GASB 87 when currently on 9.2 Image 24 / PeopleTools 8.55

We are currently on 9.2 Image 24 with PeopleTools 8.55 and would like confirmation that applying the patches for the Lease Administration module delivered in images 27, 31 and 32 will be sufficient for us to transition to the GASB 87 standard for Lease Accounting.
