1099 Question

I set up a new form for the 1099-NEC in R045155. I also set up a R04515 to match that version. What am I missing? When I go the run the Write Media P04515 for the NEC, it will not produce the R045155 report. When I run the P04515 Write Media for the Misc it creates the form version I specified.

Help!
