R03B426 AR Gains & Losses As Of Date field

In the processing options on the R03B426 what field is E1 looking to for the As Of date (Option 6)?

We're in E1 9.2. We populated using 12/31/2020 in all of the related date fields as below, however, we had plentyy of January 2021 invoices which were in the report.
