Disabling TENDER-BOOKING TIMEOUT

We are on version 6.4.3

We have set the property glog.server.workflow.tender.enableTenderTimeout as false

But we noticing strange behavior. Shipments in TENDERED status are getting declined 1 day after tendering. In the tender the reply by time is set by default 1 Hr after tendering.

In the shipments event we can see that TENDER-BOOKING TIMEOUT is raised which is causing the tender to decline but since we have set the property to false, automatic decline should not happen?

Any other property needs to be set to disable the automatic decline on tender time out time?
