Grid control issue - Why horizontal bar move by itself?

Good morning, I have looked at some of the documents but have not really seen what is the solution for the issue where you use another web browser like Chrome o IE 11 and when you are looking for information in a grid where you have multiple columns to the right and you try to move to then the screen automatically moves to the left by it self. I have seen that toying around with the zoom feature on the web browser may help this, but what I want to know if there a more permanent fix on this.

I am using JDE E1 version 9,1.4
