Endpoint behind a Fortinet Firewall is Reseting the TCP Connection

in Acme Packet (MOSC)

I hope you are ok.

Happy New Year.


I would like you can help me with the following issue:

I have the following scenario:


A=Endpoint A

B=Endpoint B

A is calling through an internet interface, but what I am seeing in the call is that when the connection is established with the 200OK with SDP, the calls is re-negotiating with a new INVITE,

in this new INVITE I am seeing the Endpoint A is resetting the TCP Connection. ( Endpoint A is behind a Fortinet Firewall).

Seeing this behavior comes to doubt for me based on the re-negotiation:
